Tule Vista - Tulare

Tule Vista presents fifty-seven affordable single-family units located south of Sonora Avenue between “D” and “E” Streets in Tulare. The homes have 2, 3, and 4-bedrooms with detached 2-car garages with openers. Within the units, tenants will enjoy standard features such as refrigerators, exhaust fans, dishwashers, disposals, microwaves and ranges. All units include hook-ups for washers and dryers.

Three handicap accessible units will serve disabled individuals and families.

This community includes walking paths, picnic areas, a playground for children and a close proximity to schools as well as public transportation.

There are thirty Section 8 Project Based Vouchers, allocated within this project.
