This spring, the Housing Authority will once again be offering several scholarships
to graduating high school seniors who will be attending a
university, college, junior college or accredited vocational school
full-time in the fall. These scholarships are available to your
dependents who are currently living with you and who are named on
your lease with the Housing Authority of the County of Tulare.
To be eligible, a student must be a legal resident of the United
States, have at least a 3.0 cumulative grade-point
average and have some idea of which school he/she will be attending.
Scholarships will be $1,500 for full-time students in a four-year
college or university, and $500 for full-time junior college or
vocational students. These awards may be renewed, with continued
eligibility, for a total of four years.
