Parkside Court - Woodlake

Parkside Court Apartments consists of eight 2-bedroom and fifteen 3-bedroom units with carports. Each unit has an electric stove, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, garbage disposal, washer/dryer hookups and air conditioning.

The complex has an on-site laundry facility and a Community Room with computer lab. There is also a picnic area with BBQ and playground equipment. These units are available to families with incomes below 55% of the area median and can accommodate families with 3 to 7 members. Rents include water, garbage and sewer.

Housing Choice Voucher holders may also apply.
